Brief Answer:
GGT may be increased due to altered lipid profile.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX

Report suggests raised GGT level. It indicates liver injury.
Lipid profile is also deranged.
Findings also suggests SGPT towards upper limit.
Increase in GGT and SGPT may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.

Your son's findings may be due to altered lipid profile. It is important to know about alcohol intake.
Other findings are almost within normal limit.

He need few other investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.

In such condition,I suggest my patients to take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
I also suggest hypolipidemic drugs like atorvastatin 10 mg at night after dinner. It will correct lipid profile.

He should avoid fatty and fried food.He should also increase his physical activity.Take lot of fibres in diet.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
