Brief Answer:
This must be a creatinine level

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I think there must be a mistake here. GFR (glomerular filtration rate) is a double digit number. To have a GFR of 0.6 would mean that your kidneys were completely nonfunctional and you would know this by being unable to make any urine at all and would be extremely ill. So I think this is a mistake. 0.6 is a typical reading for a woman's serum (blood) creatinine level (which is also included in blood tests as a sign of kidney function), and it is a normal reading for a woman.

Please check that the lab did not make an error (or read it wrong) as a GFR of 0.6 is very unlikely.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to write me back with clarification.
