Question: My ct scan showed bulging discs & a synovial cyst. What are my treatment options for both?

You need to provide details regarding clinical presentation, neurodeficit,radiating pain, weakness, sensory loss , bladder bowel symptoms.
Duration of illness.
Any other significant history.
any other disease.
Any history of trauma.
You also need to provide images of CT for better assessment.
The management protocol is
1) Physiotherapy
2) pain killers with muscle relaxants and pain modulators
3) Surgical procedures depending upon neurodeficits and failure to repond to medications.
