Brief Answer:
She has ulceration in the cecum

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the reports.
As per the CAT scan, she has a space occupying lesion in the cecum. Cecum is the starting point of the large bowel.

Space occupying lesion in a 80 year old lady is most often due to malignancy only.

The colonoscopy report however says, she has just an ulcer there with exudates.
The biopsy report says only high grade dysplasia and the pathologist has confirmed it on the request of the treating doctor.

As mentioned earlier in the other thread, dysplasia is not cancer. But it can lead to cancer over a period of time. And so the focus of dysplasia has to be removed.

But since she is 80 years old, other factors like fitness for surgery has to be looked in to since it would be a major surgery.
If she is not fit enough, it is better to avoid surgery.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
