Brief Answer:
Suggest typhi dot IgG IgM

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
The report is suggestive of presence of typhoid.
However in view of the fact that you do not have fever, I would like to suggest another test- Typhi Dot IgG and IgM.

The fever is one of the most prominent symptoms of typhoid fever.
Since you dont have the symptoms, there is a possibility that this is just a phase reactant.

Widal test is just a screening test, its not a perfect test for typhoid. Its a great screening tool and therefore we use it frequently.
I seriously think you should try the test.

If the IgM is positive in the said test, we will have to strongly consider antibiotic treatment even if you do not have fever.

In the meantime, take plenty of fluids.

I have tried to make is as simple as possible.

Best of luck
