Hello,
I have seen the ultrasound report and this suggest that there is a huge cyst in the abdomen diagnosed as mesentric cyst. These cysts are very rare and generally present as pain abdomen or as incidental finding in the ultrasound.
Since these cysts can become cancerous or it can get infection or bleeding or it can cause obstruction to urinary system or intestines,it is best to get it removed.
You must consult a surgeon, get a CT done to exclude any malignancy and get operated to remove it.
In fact this cyst is the cause for constipation and obstruction to the urinary system resulting in hydronephrosis in your father.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
