Brief Answer:
Semen culture and sensitivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. Agglutination with decreased motility indicates semen infection. This infection needs to be treated.

2. Get Semen culture and sensitivity test done to know which medicine is suitable for treating your infection.

3. Get semen analysis repeated after 3 months to check if antibiotics have helped you to improve motility

Thank you so much doctor XXXXXXX
I appreciate your quick response.

I did a test about a year ago. The result showed less motility and no agglutination and no infection.
on repeating the test after a year, it showed improved motility, presence of agglutination and also no infection also.
so doctor, why could there be an infection when both results stated no infection.

kindly see the attached semen results.

Doctor, apart from the seamen culture and sentivity test, are there any other steps or drugs I could take to cure the agglutination and low motility.

I would be going to see my wife very soon and I have just 25 days to be with her. We have been married for two years and no children. What can I do to make her conceive. After 25days of been with her I would travel to my place of work again for about 8months before I can see her again.
Please help out.

Thank you once again for your time.

Brief Answer:
Semen culture and sensitivity test

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen your report.

At present situation it is better to get semen culture and sensitivity test done.

You don't need any more medicines.

Even though you are married for 2 years but not staying together means decreased chance of pregnancy.

Chances of pregnancy in any natural cycle is around 10 percent only.

But if you have less time you can opt for procedure like IVF ( Test tube baby)
