What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Question:
Hi, I am Ganesh, my wife is in her 2nd time pregnancy, she had a miscarriage in her 1st time. she went for an ultrasound on Friday and the reports are attached.
I wanted to understand about the reports and if there is anything we should be careful? Thanks for your help..

Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The first trimester scan report is normal at 13 weeks and with nasal bone translucency of 2mm which is normal , its a normal NT SCAN and rules out possibilities of aneuploidies like down syndrome.
The placentation and growth of the child is corresponding to the period of gestation and the suggestion for double marker at the end of the report is a routine protocol in antenatal management as per guidelines. So there is no need to worry. Pregnancy is growing normally.
