Question: Please Anaylsis My Semen Test Report as mentioned below:
QUANTITY : 2 ml
COLOUR: WHITE GREY
REACTION: ALKALINE
LIQUIFICATION TIME: 30 MINT
TOTAL MOTILE: 35%
ACTIVE MOTILE: 25 %
SLUGGIS: 10%
DEAD: 65%
TOTAL COUNT: 35 MILLION
2-5 PUS CELL ARE SEEING /HPF
It is my latest report. But before one month my total count was 40 million. Total Motilty was 60%, Active Motilie was 50 %, Report is uploaded with this question. Please alaysis my last three months report and advice me what to do?

Latest semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection with low sperm motility.
Infection is indicated due to presence of few pus cells.Normally semen shouldn't contain any pus cells.
You may need clinical examination and investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,semen culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
Motility is low.Normally it should be at least 55 %.Even 60 % motility is towards lower side.
Sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.
There may be variation in count as it is done in different time.
Fertility is expected to increase with control of infection.
You should take healthy and nutritious diet.Avoid alcohol and cigarettes if you take it.
Take antioxidants in your diet and avoid wearing tight underarments.
Go for brisk walk regularly.

Thanks doctor. But I want to know that can I increase my motility as before one month it was 60%. But now its only 35%. Can motility bocome normal after treatment or there are no chances of increase? Can I become a father..?

Doctor I have gone to a named doctor in my city today. He has read my semon reports and gave me some medicines. He said that I will improve my semen result after using these tablets for 15 days. Pls advice are these tablets useful in my condition? Tablets are : Inflox , Evion , Vitamin C, Calcifit Sachets. Pls advice about these medicines.
