I reviewed your history and the reports attached with the question.

The scan is done to know the retinal nerve fiber thickness to assess the risk of glaucoma.

The scan is showing mild thinning of the retinal nerve fibre layer in right eye as indicated by red color.
The other scan called as OCT is showing mild changes.

This requires further evaluation in the form of intraocular pressure recording, optic disc analysis and visual field changes. Based on all three findings we can diagnose glaucoma.
