Brief Answer:
These scans are done to assess the risk of glaucoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history and the reports attached with the question.

The scan is done to know the retinal nerve fiber thickness to assess the risk of glaucoma.

The scan is showing mild thinning of the retinal nerve fibre layer in right eye as indicated by red color.
The other scan called as OCT is showing mild changes.

This requires further evaluation in the form of intraocular pressure recording, optic disc analysis and visual field changes. Based on all three findings we can diagnose glaucoma.

Hence if these tests are already done kindly send me the reports, if these tests are not done kindly consult your doctor for these tests and further advice.

Hope this answers your question.

Thank you
