Brief Answer:
No evidence for tumor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

According to MRI report there is no evidence that supports presence of tumor lesions.
This is strongly verified by post contrast MRI findings that are very sensitive in detecting small tumor lesions too. It is a case of parenchymal brain hematoma.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions feel free to ask.

Brief Answer:
Hematoma usually from high blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Parenchymal brain hematoma (bleeding in brain due to rupture of blood vessel) usually happens in old adults suffering from high blood pressure.

In younger adults other causes besides high blood pressure should be checked/ ruled out. These include brain vessels aneurysm (bulging of weak area in the wall of blood vessels), arteriovenous malformations, cavernomas. This has to be evaluated after hematoma is absorbed.

I suggest you to discuss with your Neurologist above mentioned possibilities.
Wishing you good health
