what will be kid have HSV-2lgM level ? is it 0Ru/ml?

second question is
I had girl friend 2 years ago and she had few partners before me.and left her for personel reasons and not had sex with anyone after her for 2years and then

Brief Answer:
IgM indicates recent infection. IgG past infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
The titres value depends on the laboratory where performed .
Usually the values less than 1 is considered negative and > 1 is considered positive (IGG or IgM).
Here IGM is less than 1 means negative for IGM. IgM presence indicates recent or active Infection.
IgG is 3 means positive for IgG.It is usually indicates past infection and will be present for long time i.e years.
If Kids have IGM means infected or recent infection .
Second time you say that IGM is positive 3 .It can come positive in recurrent episode. HSV is known for recurrence.
If your second partner or wife is negative for HSV then it is likely from 1st partner.
HSV 1 or 2 can be spread by kiss or skin to skin contact or as STDs.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you

i think that you misunderstood european standards

the think is < 20 RU/ml is normal which shows in medical report
then I have got only 3 RU/ml

so i don't have hscv2 lgg.i met urologist

understand questions and then reply

my question is about general nd not about me

Brief Answer:
Due to technical or physiology or cross reaction .

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Yes < 20 RU/ ml is taken standard in European lab.As mentioned earlier values deoend on each laboratory.
I think your doubt is negative should mean zero why the titre shows 3 instead of as zero.
It is not hard and fast rule that the titres should come zero even in children. The limit is kept to rule out the possibilities of false positivity. Some other disease IGM or G antibodies can give some titre changes. Some physiological changes also alter titres marginally.
So do not rate it by values once negative.
Even technical errors also can give some variations in titre.
So keeping all these in mind they keep cut off values.
I think I have clarified your doubt .
You can get back for any clarification.
