Brief Answer:
possibly, further tests advised. ..

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. There are various factors causing pain in your left breast including :
- muscular-skeletal
- lung problems
- upper GI issues

2. Relapse of Breast cancer might be a possibility especially if nodules or other changes are noted locally.

3. Breast ultrasound and chest Xray are recommended to determine the final diagnosis.
Of course, physical examination by your physician is also advised.

4. Although you have a past history of Breast cancer, that does not necessarily mean that you are having the same problems.

5. Apart further examination, I advise to take OTC pain killers and see if it will subside.

I am not advising local medications this time as I want to make sure first no nodules or other changes are present.

Hope it was of help!
