You said that your father is having lesion on leg which is round in shape and there is development of blister. Besides this I would like to have answers of few questions..

- duration of the disease?
- any symptoms like itching,pain or burning?
- any systemic diseases like diabetes,hypertension or other?

And kindly post the photos of affected areas.
