please see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking this on on this forum.
Have gone through your details.
See cardiac origin of chest pain is very unlikely in patients less then 40 years of age unless they are chain smoker or have a strong family history of early cardiac diseases in family.
Secondly your 2d echo and other basic cardiac tests are normal therefore i don't think that your problem is related to heart.

Other possibilities are either gastric pain or muscular or anxiety.

In case you have problem with digestion or gases or acid its due to gastritis.
Otherwise its muscular or related to anxiety.
Try taking an anti inflammatory like Diclofenac for few days if pain responds to it its muscular other wise its related to anxiety and for that you should take
Tab Etizolam 0.25 mg once daily for 4 weeks and see if pain responds to it.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Its gastric.

Detailed Answer:
No dear almost all symptoms of heart and gastric disorders are overlapping and hence is very difficult to differenciate in them just on the basis of history .Therefore along with history of patient investigations are done to rule out various organ involvement.

Definitely yes gastritis or reflux disorder can cause severe chest pain with radiation to arm.
Gastritis and acid reflux cause inflammation in esophageal mucosa which causes pain in chest.

I would suggest you take a gastroenterology consultation.

You are not a cardiac case .

Thanks.
