Brief Answer:
You need proper clinical exam & investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your findings in detail.

Non haemolysis ++ 80 on a urine strip test indicates presence of non hemolysed RBC in urine. This condition is called as hematuria(blood in urine).
Urine dipstick test is a rapid and relatively sensitive (>80%) method for detection of RBC in urine.

You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
It is important to know your symptoms.
Hematuria may be due to renal or urinary bladder calculus, urinary tract infection, tumour, trauma etc.

You need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test, urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.

Ultrasound of abdomen is very important for screening.Further investigations like CT Scan can be done if needed.

Specific gravity of urine is normal.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
