Brief Answer:
no renal calculi, No blood in urine, this is good.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I am Dr Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, RBCs are not seen in urine analysis means that there is NO renal pathology in the form of renal calculi, urinary infection, injury/ inflammation of renal system in the form of glomerulonephritis or nephritic syndrome. It's a good and healthy sign, not to worry.
Hope this helps.
If there is any further queries related to this do attach complete reports of urine analysis.
Wish you good health
Regards
Dr Jyothi BL
