Brief Answer:
You have a large prostate that is causing urinary retention.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. After reading your report, you have urine retained in your bladder, this is probably as a result of your prostate gland that is larger than usual, not overtly large but enough to cause urinary retention. This is the precursor of BPH/Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. What this means is that you may be waking up more often at night to urinate, you have to rush to the bathroom to urinate, you cannot hold your urine for long periods of time and you will be prone to urinary tract infections. I hope this helps you out. Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Medication like finesteride and flomax will assist with the syptoms.

Detailed Answer:
The "cure" is obviously surgery to remove part/all of the prostate, but at his age unless he is having sever symptoms, I would try the medications first. The finesteride is used either way before surgery to "shrink" the prostate to a manageable size during surgery. The flomax helps him empty his bladder all the way.
