Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

What symptoms do you have?
Why did you get the Ultrasound done?

As such the report is not serious. The prostate seems to be mildly enlarged and which is common. However the volume is just 26 cc which is ok.
So generally we look at the symptoms and signs and guide the persons and not the reports.
So please let me know what happened and why did you get an Ultrasound done.

Hi Madam ,
From last one week i am facing erection Problem , i am not getting stiff erection , infact from last ten days i am not getting morning erection also.

I also have some back pain and i am feeling some current is passing through my legs , then i visit this doctor and he suggest me to go for ultra sound their i got ( prostate mildly enlarged 26 CC ) .

Then he suggest me geriflo-D and Levoflox 250 .

Some how i was not very comfortable with his treatement , so i visit other urologist and he suggest me to go to orthopedic .

I met with orthopedic and he suggest me to go for MRI and their was some small observation like diffuse annular bulge at L4-L5-s1.

Now i am really worried with my erection problem ( Not getting erection in morning and not very hard erection during night also ).

Let me know is this symptoms of ED or impotencey .

Brief Answer:
Looks like organic erection problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As per your details the urologist did not find a good reason for the symptom of erection issues. He had sent to the Orthopedic surgeon to find the reason from this side.
Erection issues are both neurovascular, that means it can be from blood not able to fill the muscles of the penis, the other is the nerves supplying the muscles are not able to transmit the impulses.
It should be color doppler of the penis, is it done to find out the vessels in the penis are good or not? IF not please get this done.
The other thing is you should go to spine surgeon and not the Orthopedic surgeon.

I can guide you remotely while you visit the proper specialists.
