Question: what does it mean "Calcifications a present in a normal caliber abdominal aorta" does "normal caliber" mean just that - "normal" for a 50 year old? don't panic?

Normal caliber means that there is no sign of aneurysms and there are standard size measures for aorta which can be easily measuredw by ultrasound or ct scan. Calcifications are expected in this age. So don't worry. Repeat test in few years.Wish you good health. Regards
