Brief Answer:
'Relative lymphocyte & monocyte' is relative to other values.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The results that you have posted refer to differential leukocyte counts.
'Relative term' implies that there is only relative lymphocytosis and relative monocytosis - relative to other values.
Absolute neutropenia implies that there is actual decrease in value of neutrophils.
Thus, the abnormality in your blood counts is decrease in neutrophils.
Fall in neutrophils can occur after severe infection or sepsis, effect of drug therapy or congenitally low neutrophils.
Lymphocytes and monocytes are within normal range.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
The differential count is not serious but follow up required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The differential leukocyte count is not serious but a follow up is required.
The cause of low neutrophils or neutropenia needs to be known.
If the differential count does not improve with time, the underlying cause needs to be known and thus management.

Thanks and take care
