Brief Answer:
No serious abnormalities but there is a need for further tests

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,

For some people slow heart rate may be their normal rhythm, especially in trained people. And sometimes we see negative T waves in III and aVF leads without any abnormality. Other findings are normal in your ECG.
If you have no complaints they may not to continue the tests and perform an ECG in 6 months. But I would prefer to do some additional test to be sure that you have no problem. I would perform an echocardiography in such patient to make sure that there is no structural abnormality and stress test to find out the cause of negative T waves. In stress test results we can see if you have heart vessel blockages which cause negative T waves and whether your heart rate increases adequately during physical activity. If it comes back normal it means that neither your slow rhythm nor negative T waves are abnormal, and there is no problem behind it.
Also your doctor may want to perform a Holter monitoring, a 24 hour ECG to see if you have slower rhythms during the day and the night.

Take care
