Brief Answer:
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Raised ALT and GGT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
AST is non specific and it increases in many conditions.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, viral markers, lipid profile, urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You should also try to increase your physical activity.Avoid alcohol if you take it.

You may need few more medicines after complete investigations.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
