Brief Answer:
There is slight elevation of liver markers

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These are only slightly elevated values of ast,alt and bilirubin and in most cases this is caused by alcohol consumption. citalopram can affect liver markers as well. at this point there is no need to be concerned. I suggest to reduce alcohol intake and repeat test in 4 weeks. If there is worsening, you should do liver ct scan and check liver markers. Wish you good health. Regards
