Brief Answer:
Please upload full reports for better interpretation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggest normal urea level.Normal level of urea in blood is 20-40 mg/dL.

But diastolic blood pressure is increased. You may need further evaluation like random blood sugar, liver function test, complete renal function test,ECG in all leads,ECHO.You may need regular monitoring of blood pressure. If B.P is persistently raised then you may need anti-hypertensives.
You may need restriction of salt.

Please let me know other parameters of lipid profile like cholesterol, triglyceride level etc.If possible please upload full reports for better interpretation.

Waiting for your response.
Get well soon.
Further queries are most welcome
