Brief Answer:
It is difficult to confirm TB

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. TB is very common in our country but it is not possible to confirm the diagnosis. So doctors gives TB medication for one or two months and if disease is getting better then it is continued. In your case biopsy report is not positive for TB. I would like to see your MRI, X ray and Blood reports. I can help you in confirming if it is TB or not. But just on the basis of negative biopsy we can not conclude that you do not have TB.
Please send me your Mri, X ray and blood reports. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks.

But doctor I have no symptom of TB and there are no swelling and inflammation in my hand.
The only cause is that there is pain on my 2 nd metacarpal. And it happened only when I press that specific point only.

All the reports are take back by DMCH Hospital for there record.
I have only pathology report.
Please help should I take second opinion from PGI or other big institute.
Thanks in advance

Brief Answer:
There is no specific symptoms of TB

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
TB is possible even if their is no swelling or inflammation. Other possibility is tumour. So If you do not have any report then you need to get a repeat MRI and biopsy. You can take opinion from PGI. There are only two options.
1.do not take any treatment and get x rays every month to see if disease is progressing or not.
2.get Anti TB medication and see if they are responding or not.
I would prefer second option.
Thanks
