Question: The attached ECG is of my aunt, though it is rated as normal there are some flattening & T inversion seen, can you pls assist if the ECG can be rates as normal

Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
I went through the attached ECG of your aunt. It definitely has some ST flattening in anterolateral leads otherwise is normal.
Their is nothing to worry about the current ECG. If you still want to confirm whether this ECG flattening is normal or not, I'll advice you for a Stress echo, which is a very good test to rule out any underlying or future risk of heart disease.
