Hi, thank you doctor...CT was done due hard palpable lump up to the teeth 16,17 on rihgt upper side,buccaly...and if you said CT is ok, what is in rihgt maxilar sinus growing up from maxilla about 1cm long?Is it normal?Because in left sinus is nothing like this.Thanks

1. The long sharp 'growth' is actually a normal scalloping of the underdeveloped right maxillary sinus, sometimes reported as an incomplete maxillary septum. This is very common and requires no treatment.

2. This would be better seen on axial and sagittal images.

My problem is, that I have intermitent pain above teeth 16 and 17 and I feel presure to teeth 15 and 14. I can feel bony hard bump above the teeth 16 and 17. On OPG dentist didn't see anything interesting, except missing amalgam on 17, but pulpitis is not present, and inflammation also not. I was at maxillofacial surgery and oral surgeon touch the bump and said, that it is to high to be related to teeth and send me to ENT. Doctor on ENT made CT, but CT was made today and ENT doctor doesn't see anything on CT, but still waiting for opinion from RDG doctor. Just said dont touch the bump, its ok, no cancer, no inflammation.
So on OPG and CT isn't bony bump, but I have it, it sometimes hurt (over month) and doctors didn't know...
