Brief Answer:
Normal CT scan

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through your question and understand your concern.

At your age there is parenchymal loss on cerebral matter and this is within expectation, with no clinical relevance, meaning that basically it is a normal finding and there is nothing to worry about.

The microvascular changes as well are a normal finding at this age, but its meaning is not fully understood. It is believed high blood pressure is a contributing factor, thus, controlling your BP is important at this stage.

Overall, this is a normal CT scan.
