Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Mam your tsh values are slightly on the higher side as you mentioned. Kindly reattach reports it's opening blank. You are more towards hypothyroidism and needs to be started on thyroxin after endocrinologist consultation.

Foods you need to avoid are gluten foods like bread, pasta, cereal, etc also cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, spinach , cabbage, etc processed foods, peaches berries, coffee and alcohol.

Food you can take are fish, coconut oil, beans, dairy, meat, almonds, etc. all this can help healing of thyroid gland to produce thyroxin.

Kindly do the diet controlling and also take thyroxin hormone with endocrinologist prescription after proper physical examination.

Feel free to ask any questions if you have any doubts again. I hope this info helps you sort out your problems and if you feel its helpful kindly give me user thank vote happy health
