Posted on Tue, 6 Sep 2016
Question: I am experiencing a sudden weakness in both arms that comes and goes intermittently. It's happening a lot in the last month, but before that was every other month. My arms feel like cement and my upper back and shoulders feel tight too. It only lasts for about a minute, but I can't lift my arms during this time.
