Brief Answer:
Can try with higher dose.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It is normal for the LH surge to remain positive for 3-4 days. You need to consider it as positive only when the test line is darker than the control line. If the test line remains darker than control line for 3-4 days continuously then PCOD needs to be ruled out. You should wait for at least 3 days after finishing Clomid to start testing for LH surge. Clomid can cause a false positive result.
Since you have not conceived with 50mg dose the increased dosage can be tried. Ovulation study by serial ultrasound scans will also help.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Well tolerated. Minor side effects only.
Detailed Answer:
100mg of siphene is a normal dose. It is not a very high dose. It is well tolerated. Can cause a mild increase in bleeding during periods and a vaginal dryness as a side effect.
