my scan report says that i am conceived five weeks with hypoechoic solid lesion in posterior myometrium of size 1.6 x 1.0 cm and endometrum measures 15.1 mm.free fluid noted in p.o.d.what is it.what is your advice please.

According to your scan findings the hypoechoic masses can be fibroids.
A fibroid tumor, also known as leiomyoma , is a mass of compacted muscle and fibrous tissue that grows on the wall of the uterus.
Fibroid tumors occur in 50 to 80 percent of women.
Fibroids are of various types like subserous(under the serosa) or intramural(inside the muscle ) - these 2 types do not interfere with pregnancy. Fibroids in general can increase in size during pregnancy.If it is of submucous variety (towards the cavity of the uterus) ,then it can cause a bit of problems occassionally.
Do not worry.
Be aware of the following symptoms and report to your doctor if you have any of these-
Heavy vaginal bleeding
Abdominal pain
Pelvic pressure
Frequent urination
Constipation
The endometrial thickness is not a thing to worry.
I would suggest you to go for antenatal checkups as advised by your doctor.
It would have been great had I examined you on my own.
I would suggest you to visit a gynaecologist.
He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
