I have gone through your history and in my opinion except low amniotic fluid everything seems normal.
Usually with low amniotic fluid we prescribed to drink a lot of water and amino acids.
But before giving my opinion I want to see your ultrasound report and what is your AFI level and how much weeks you are pregnant.

For that you should take high protein diet and drink a lot of water and glucose water.
As you are not suffering from any medical condition, so there is no need of arginine XXXXXXX right.
We will repeat your ultrasound after 2 weeks.
Keep watch on foetal movements.
