Question: hi

I have extreme pain near my right shoulder. it seems like a muscular pain only. I have tried heat pad also but it didn't help.

I am unable to move my hand also without feeling pain. please suggest some pain killer and also some way to reduce the pain.

Brief Answer:
Use a combination for less side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

I would recommend to use Acetaminophen 700mg every 4 hours together with Ketoprofen 75 mg twice/day after food.

Also use a analgesic cream to rub around the joint and muscles.

It may be muscular but alsp may be an impigment syndrome in case you work with activities that make the shoulder to do repetitive movements.

If the shoulder gets blocked or not better in 2 weeks time you may need to see an orthopedist and do physical therapy after.

Hope this is helpful.
