What Does Discoloration On The Glans Penis Suggest?

Question: Hi.. doctor.. my penis is normal.. no pain no itchy stuffs.. but all of a sudden i realise theres a slight change of color in the glans of my penis..its visible.. i am just worried about it.. its bit dark and bit pink .. patchy... help.. hoping for a speedy reply..sent you two photos

1. Apply local cream like miconazole cream once to twice daily. I also suggest Fluconazole tablet of 150mg strengtht at night after food. It should be taken only if problem is bad.

2. Take 2 metronidazole tablets. 400mg strength after food, (breakfast and dinner).
Take a course of 2 tablets for 7 days.
This will treat anaerobic infections before they can become problems.

3. Apply hydrocortisone cream to the penis on the affected part.

Dr. XXXXXXX Hi.. Thanks for the response. About miconazole.. If I apply it once or twice.. Do I need to apply hydrocortisone cream..again ??as you said its a mild steroid. And what both tablets you mentioned Fluconazole and metronidazole... ?? Do I have to take both simultaneously ?? An elaborate way out would be helpful. The disclaimer is giving me 2nd thoughts.

1. You need to take Metronidazole tablets of 400mg strength twice a day after food, because it’s a small harmless issue on the penis, and not a full blown system infection, like people in hospitals. I think and feel that 3 days of taking Metronidazole 400mg will fix the problem.
2.You need to take Fluconazole 150mg tablet (It comes as a single tablet ) just once at night.
3.To accelerate the process you can use hydrocortisone cream, but it is not necessary. The benefits are more than the risks.

Thanks doc. This time is helpful. In a nutshell you meant to take these two tablets. No ointment to apply on the glans of my penis as you mentioned if necessary hydrocortisone cream. But what about the local cream also miconazole... Like you haven't mentioned about it on the second reply. Importantly are those tablets and cream available in med store without prescribed documents ?? Randomly achievable ?

2. Miconazole has to be applied for a very long time, say a month, 3 times a day to the penis.
3. One Tablet of Fluconazole 150mg, taken at night with food is so powerful that you do not need to use Miconazole.
