What Does "concentric LVH,grade 1 Diastolic Dysfunction,E/A 0.8" Indicate?

Question: My age is 50. Health is good and I do regular exercise. Echo report says concentric LVH. Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, E/A 0.8. No RWMA, Good systolic function with ejection fraction 65%,. All other valves are normal, IAS, IVS- Intact, IVC not dialated and no PAH.
LDL- 158 and HDL-33
Doctor prescribed- ACE inhibitor Ramipril + Aspirin, Clavix-75 and Tonact plus.
How serious is it? Can the LVH be reversed?
What should I do?
