Brief Answer:
Requires further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,
Presence of blood in Urine microscopy and normal gross appearance denotes microscopic hematuria. Presence of microscopic hematuria is an individual requires further evaluation by Ultrasound of abdomen. Also cystoscopy may be required based on ultrasound. I assume you are not on any anti-coagulant drugs.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
