Question: Hi Doctor,
I got married 5 years back and no child yet. We have been under medication from past 3 years. Currently i have been diagonised with coarse myometrium.Adenomyotic nodule 1*1mm in posterior surface of myometrium. My husband is having 130 millions/ml count and progressive motility 21% and normal morphology 3%.Last month my egg got ruptured at 23mm and ovulation was successfull. But i had bleeding on 28th day which is in color for 3 days (very little). From 4 thday i had red bleeding with stomach pain and back pain

Could you please tell me
1. What does black color bleeding indicates
2. 1*1mm myometrium will stop my pregnancy Should it be treated with medicines?
3. How long it will take for me to conceive with these problems.

Brief Answer:
Try Assisted Reproduction if eager

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

To answer your questions specifically,

1. Black color of the blood could be clotted blood which was in the Uterus for sometime. Since it was clotted and absorbed only a little was bled.
2. If the size you mentioned was correct I do not think it would stop the pregnancy greatly.
3. I do not think there is a proper diagnosis mentioned here for infertility except for your husband low motility count (asthenospermia). So it is difficult to estimate the chances of conception without proper diagnosis.

I read through that you had tried IUI previously. I hope you have taken a good infertility specialist opinion before you went to IUI. I could guess that the doctors had determined that natural pregnancy has lesser chances and that is why you need assisted reproductive techniques.
since there is low motility count and if it is hampering chances of pregnancy I would suggest you to go for assisted reproductive techniques.

I think you should choose a good infertilty centre with best of technology to meet your expectation
