Brief Answer:
Could be due to scar tissue

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

The answer to your question is yet, it could be scar tissue. Find the explanation below.

Cyst which as per the Surgeon if it has been completely removed, histopathology has revealed it to be benign and no doubtful areas of malignancy presence of post operative lump could be scar tissue or organized seroma. When a benign growth is removed from surrounding dead space, it leads to creation of dead space, this predisposes to accumulation of serous fluid. Over a period of time it may get organized and may be felt as a lump.

Having been reassured by this fact. It is still important to get it examined by your operating Surgeon. Clinical examination by experienced Surgeon will confirm the same.

I hope it helped
