Brief Answer:
Possible of urine infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

First thing that needs to be ruled out is urinary tract infection. I suggest both of you to get a urinalysis done. Drink good amount of water

As there is no risky sexual behavior I do not think that there us anything big to be worried about. It may be normal skin boil or there are some physiological changes which can also present in this way. However, a physical exam is mandatory to exclude this kind of skin manifestations

Thanks!
