Brief Answer:
Mostly nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query and EKG report with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The ST changes noted are non-specific and do not indicate any pathology. From my practice, these changes are seen in patients who are nervous while taking the EKG (ECG) and the changes do not amount to any pathologies.

Although, I am saying this without knowing anything about your medical history or the indication for an EKG(ECG). So I would either way recommend a visit to your doctors for an elaborate evaluation. But you are mostly healthy and have nothing to worry about.

I hope you find my response helpful ma'am. Stay worry free and healthy always. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
