Brief Answer:
Vitamin's dose need to be reduced

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking the query

I have gone through the history and reports.
Report shows vitamin B12 level more than the normal limit and vitamin D level towards the upper range.
PTH and serum magnesium level are within normal limit.Serum ionised calcium is slightly less but that is not significant.
I wont get overly worried as Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin so excess of vitamin B12 gets excreted in urine.Neurobion forte contains vitamin B12 so as it's level is more than required, I suggest you to stop this.
Similarly when vitamin D level crosses more than 50 ngm/ml, it's considered to be above normal.
The normal requirement is 400 iu/day.So as it's value is also towards upper limit,I would like to hold the supplementation.
Regarding calcium supplementation I would suggest you to consult your pediatrician to make a decision whether it is needed or not (the report shows almost normal values).
Give meals rich in vitamin like saag, daal, panner etc.
I hope this helps.p
please let me know if you have any more doubts.
