Question: Explain Left ovary is not well visualized by multiple bowel loops coupled together in the left adnexa - intestinal adhesion.
Also A moderate hydroneprhosis of the left kidney, 82.9mm x 37.9 mm. The exact point of obstruction is not identified. An IVP is suggested
There is a 3.01 mm x 4.63 mm stone at the level of the left Sl joint, causing partial obstruction to the left kidney with a resultant left hydronephrosis.

There is prompt excretion of contrast medium.

The right kidney, the right ureters ad urinary bladder are normal.

The radiological findigs are consistent with a left ureteric stone, causing partial obstruction to the left kidney.

Brief Answer:
Calculus in left ureter is causing moderate hydronephrosis in left kidney.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests 3.0 x 4.6 mm calculus in left ureter at the level of SI joint which is causing moderate hydronephrosis in left kidney due to obstruction.
You may need IVP(intravenous pyelography)to assess functional status of left kidney.
It may pass spontaneously with drinking lot of water or you may need definitive treatment for ureteric calculus like lithotripsy or ureteroscopic removal.

Right kidney, right ureter and urinary bladder appears normal.

Left ovary is not visualized due to adhesion in that area,it may be due to chronic inflammation, past operation etc.It is generally not a serious finding.
