Brief Answer:
Need medications for cholesterol

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I checked your report and found that the lipid profile is deranged with high CHL/HDL ratio. This is the most sensitive parameter and is raised.

In such a case I would evaluate the person with Fasting Blood sugar, HbA1c, Waist circumference, BMI, Family history, Blood pressure and on the basis of the finding I would go further with treatment. All odds points towards a medication therapy along with life style changes. You should get on to an exercise and diet program.

Please meet a local doctor for necessary evaluation and medication therapy with counseling.

All the best.
