Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy and occupational therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen your first 2 reports. Definitely the Mri brain shows evidence of brain damage. The third attachment doesn't open. Maybe you can contact helpdesk regarding that.
This cannot be reversed as brain doesn't regenerate. However that doesn't mean your child will not improve. You can follow your neurologist advice and continue with physiotherapy and occupational therapy. This will help in improving muscle tone and neck control.
Mitochondrial disorders are very rare and unfortunately no treatment is available for them.
Maybe in future gene therapy may be available.
Keep your hopes alive.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
