Brief Answer:
Findings suggests altered lipid profile and raised SGOT,SGPT,ALP.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests altered lipid profile and raised SGOT,SGPT,ALP.
Increased SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
It may be due to altered lipid profile in your case.
You may need few more investigations like viral markers, ultrasound of abdomen.

You should also avoid saturated fat and take lot of fibers in your diet.Go for brisk walk regularly.
You may also need to take statins for raised cholesterol and LDL level if findings persists.
I also suggest my patients to take tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

Findings also suggests mildly raised MCV and MCHC.It may indicate megaloblastic anemia.Though folate level in blood is normal, you may need to take folate supplementation. One folate tablet can be taken daily. You should also take green leafy vegetables.

Latest WBC count is normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
