What Do These MRI Findings Indicate?
Question: I have attached two pdf's. I must warn you one is a picture of my so called Hemorrhoid along with an MRI picture of my pelvis. The other is an MRI report that states prudendal nerve entrapment. This tear in my rectum occurred during a prostate biopsy. The tear is very tender and painful. My questions are: 1) should this be seen by a doctor and 2) could this have cause my entrapment because I keep the area very tight because of the pain. Notice the MRI picture and the muscles on the left are all kind of torn up. This is very, very, very painful. Burns all the time.

It has neen 10 months is it too late for surgery.

I am not sure what type of surgical procedure i should be pursuing. Could you be a lttle more specific so i go to the correct type of surgeon. The are so specific theses days.

I have been doing some research. Have you ever seen a pelvic pt specialist free an entrapped prudendal nerve?
