Brief Answer:
She is having tuberculosis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Her XXXXXXX (bronchoalveolar lavage) fluid is positive for TB. Genexpert and microscopy for AFB are positive. So she is having 100% tuberculosis. Her Tuberculosis is drug sensitive as rifampicin resistance is not detected.
So she can be treated with standard four drug regimen (rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol). Prognosis is good with drug sensitive tuberculosis.
In day to day she needs to follow these.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Eat high protein diet more.
3. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
4. Take her medicines timely without any delay.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your cousin. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Infection is 100% curable.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Tubercular infection is 100% curable with standard four drug regimen. Total treatment duration is minimum six months.
Symptomatic improvement starts after 20-30 days of treatment. So patient will feel good after 3 weeks of treatment.
Tuberculosis heals by fibrosis or calcification or both. So possibility of post TB fibrosis is more in her case. But this is not troublesome.
So prognosis is good with proper treatment adherence.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your cousin. Thanks.
