Brief Answer:
follow as already advised by your doctor along with the following advises..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX , Welcome back to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Yes I've reviewed the attached reports, let me assure you that the overall parameters are looking quite okay, so don't worry..

Well the FBS was 166 at that time along with a HBA1C of 7.45, and since now, it's (FBS) already showing declining trend, so your on the right track only..

Please continue the same regimen of Galvus-Met as your taking at present (it has better outcome compared to Metformin therapy alone, so no need to take formit alone)..

Well, your lipid profile's looking essentially within normal limits only, and the dosage of Crestor is also quite low, please discuss with your doctor as it can be safely stopped too..

Along with it please adopt a few healthy life style modifications, daily physical activities (30-45min of jogging, free hand exercises etc.), try to include a lot of fresh green vegetables in the diet, if possible then please replace your daily wheat/flour to whole grain/whole wheat products, drink a lot of water through out the day (2.5 ltr at least), limit red-meat intake to once a week only, and include fish in your daily diet (if your non-vegetarian)..

Next check up should be done after 3 months of this treatment regimen (FBS, PPBS -2hr post prandial along with HBA1C also)..

Just follow all these, you should be fine..

In case of any further doubts, don't hesitate to contact me again..

Take Care
Kind Regards
